If you want to sell your old mobile, Debenhams Mobile Recycling will buy it. The Debenhams Mobile Recycling website makes it simple to sell your phone online, and it will purchase defunct or damaged mobiles. Phones sold to Debenhams Mobile Recycling are assessed by a technician and repaired if necessary, then sent to places around the world where they are re-used. Even if phones can't be fixed cost effectively, they're used for spare parts or safely recycled.

While damaged or defunct mobiles are worth less, you're still assured that they will be recycled without harming the environment. Debenhams Mobile Recycling will buy any model of mobile that's in its database, and you can sell up to three phones per order. For more than 10 phones, special arrangements will be made.

Send your old mobile with its charger, packaging, manual and accessories, as these can all be re-used or recycled. It's recommended that you insure your package with Royal Mail Special Delivery, in order to receive £500 compensation in case of loss or damage, or get a free certificate of posting, which pays £39 if your package fails to arrive.
