If you're wondering what to do with those old phones you've got, and don't want to pollute the environment by throwing them in the trash, consider selling them online and making some money! With Phone Recycle Bank, it's a fast, simple and painless process. Just value your phone by selecting your model from the database, place your order, pop your handset in the freepost envelope and receive your payment within four days.

Phone Recycle Bank prides itself in offering the best prices around, and constantly checks on its competitors' prices to ensure this. Going green is important these days, and you wouldn't want your old handsets contributing to environmental degradation, especially when it's so easy to sell them. There's even a free courier collection service if you're selling more than 10 phones.

Phone Recycle Bank disposes of irreparable phones in an environmentally safe method, in line with present EU legislation, thereby ensuring that the toxic metals present in all handsets are not released into the environment. Mobiles that are in good condition, or can be refurbished, are sent to developing countries around the world, where they're reused, helping to uplift underprivileged communities that would otherwise not be able to afford to buy mobiles.

Why Should You Recycle Your Phone?

Old mobile phones should be recycled

Recycling your old phone means you can gain return on it. Materials that are potentially hazardous to the environment are not left to decompose and pollute, but instead can be broken up and find new life. Saving energy, chemicals and waste by lessening extraction and refinement for new products, and 100% of materials in old phones can be used in new goods. This helps to keep costs down to the manufacturer and the consumer, creating a cycle of best practice.
